I was charged a very high fee for a molar filling. Based on available pricing comparisons for the exact treatment in my ZIP code, I paid about 50% more than the local average. If you’re paying out of pocket without insurance, I would not recommend this office. Also, when booking through Zocdoc, don’t expect to see a specific doctor. Patients are assigned to whoever is on duty that day, which was not made clear during scheduling.

Very friendly staff, both the hygienist and dentist were great and didn't make me experience too much pain during my appointment :) Office is nice and homey, parking seemed to be a bit of a pain though so should show up early in case you have to find parking elsewhere.

The hygienist was super friendly and we had a great conversation all while she did an excellent job. The dentist came in right away and explained everything to me clearly. I have a dental background and extensive knowledge in dental vocabulary, but she still took the time to explain everything in detail, which I appreciated. She gave recommendations for how many appointments I should schedule for fillings and why. The front desk was also very kind and patient, which was nice because I took a while to figure out my future visits since my job takes up most of my schedule. I am honestly excited to go back! *ONE THING I WILL NOTE*- They called me to let me know that ZocDoc is not aligned with their schedule, so the time I originally scheduled wasn’t actually available. However, I was able to reschedule for an even sooner day. This is not their fault! But I figured it was worth mentioning if you are scheduling through ZocDoc.

Not great, I took off of work for this appointment, I confirmed my appointment and I sent in a picture of my insurance card. Once I got in the chair they told me they didn't take my insurance such a huge waste of time and money for me.

This is by far my favorite dental's office! The staff was amazing and especially Dr. Valentine. She was superb! Very friendly and definitely a clear communicator. Explained everything thoroughly and made sure that everything was understood and left no room for hesitation or doubt. I will for sure keep this as my regular office. If you want a dental staff that's patient and gentle, this is the place to go. This was probably the most comfortable x-ray and cleaning I have had in a while. I hadn't been able to go to my dentist because of the pandemic, and yet I never felt judged during my visit. Please keep up the great work!
