This office was incredibly kind and has a pretty interesting fill out form when booking. They also provide a 3D model of your teeth complimentarily if you're a new patient.
It is though very important to know that they have a 75 fee if you no-show or cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment.

Dr Payet and the entire staff were wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly and patient. Unfortunately, my insurance billed as an out-of-network provider, despite the website saying they accept my insurance as in network. I am conflicted because I would like to return, but don't want to be billed for out-of-network costs.

Everyone at the office was great! I had lost my physical dental insurance card prior to the appointment, but I did have a letter from my insurance company and they handled everything without any problems.
I have very sensitive teeth, so dental visits are not always pleasant for me, but I had no problems this time around and I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the whole team.
