I have extreme dental anxiety and was incredibly nervous when booking this appointment. The staff at this office was absolutely incredible and listened to all my concerns while walking me through every single step of the way. They always made sure I was comfortable and let me know exactly what they were doing and why. They allowed me to take breaks when needed and truly made me enjoy the visit. I have not had as good of an experience as I did here at any other dentist i’ve been too. 10/10 Highly recommend!

They were very thorough with the X-rays Dr Lindsay found an issue that needed attention. This was my first visit after 25 years at another dentist. So far, I’m really happy with the office and all staff members are very professional. The hygienist, Sabrina did a great job and is friendly.

There was just a lot of mixed messages. First they could not find the paperwork I submitted online . I waited almost thirty minutes to be taken back. Even though I submitted my insurance card on the forms they sent me they had me resend it to them again they kept asking me my husbands birthday, which was also on the forms that they asked me to fill out. Then during the x-rays, it took approximately 20 minutes to get them to start that . After all this wait time I had to leave, which is why I made my appointment at the time I did, and they said they would email me the prices of what my insurance would cover and never did . Very poor service in my opinion .

Dr. Prasad is Amazing. I've been coming here for seven years and will never change! Dr. Prasad has given me back my smile as well as a reason to smile. The staff is new also amazing. So friendly and service with a smile. Always a pleasure to come to the Dentist believe it or not.

I’ve always had pretty intense anxiety when it comes to anything dental or medical, but my experience at this office completely changed that. Dr. Lindsey and her hygienist Teresa were incredibly patient and compassionate—explaining every step clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even Vanessa, the treatment coordinator, went above and beyond in breaking down my insurance coverage and walking me through the billing process. The entire team was kind, professional, and supportive. I genuinely recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety like I do.

The office was clean and welcoming once you got inside, and parking was available as well. The hygienist that I had, Theresa, was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and gave me time during my appointment to feel comfortable because I have dental anxiety. She also listened to all of my concerns surrounding my previous dental experiences and worries about payment. Theresa was very clear about what she was doing during the cleaning and explained next steps thoroughly.
Dr. Huynh was also very professional and didn’t make me wait long to be seen. It’s a smaller office so there is less of a wait, it seems. She addressed all of my concerns and even made some jokes to clear any tension.
My insurance was accepted and I was incredibly happy with my cleaning, and I am no longer worried about next steps.

Only booked with this office because I was told they offered nitrous and they don’t.

My daughter went in for routine fillings. She was given an “extra” numbing injection for no reason specified then left in the room unattended for more than 30 minutes. And because of the “extra” injection, my daughter couldn’t feel the entire right side of her face, her eye started to feel numb and it obviously made her nervous. When she brought it up to the dentist, she was dismissed as if it wasn’t a big deal. A terrible experience that should have been a routine appointment. Front office staff is polite but because of the carelessness of the actual procedure, I would not recommend going here.

The staff was very nice here! Had a good chat with Sabrina while she was cleaning my teeth and she gave me some good recommendations for toothpaste and mouthwash. I had a small cavity that was taken care of in ~20 minutes including numbing. They let me know the cost of everything prior as I wasn’t sure what my insurance covered, which was so helpful! The office was very clean and had plenty of parking.
