Dr. Nada Elsadig Graduated Howard School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree as one of the top performers of her class academically and clinically. She was awarded many honors to included top awards for prosthodontics, endodontics, and leadership skills. Practicing as a registered dental hygienist for over 10-year, Dr. Elsadig provided exceptional dental care for thousands of patients throughout the Northern Virginia region. Her passion to dentistry inspired her to pursue a carrier as a dentist. Her philosophy of practice is “to gain my patient’s trust and put their dental fear into rest”. Dr. Elsadig participated in many local and global dental mission trips to provide dental care to underserved communities. She also published many articles in My Health Magazine a local health paper that provides health educational information to local communities.

I went in for what I explicitly booked as a routine dental cleaning and left feeling completely misled and pressured. Instead of receiving the straightforward service i scheduled my visit was broken up into a series of additional "services" I neither requested nor clearly consented to - resulting in a bill far higher than expected.
What made the experience worse was the aggressive upselling Despite my clearly stating that I like my smile and was not interested, I was repeatedly pushed toward Invisalign. It felt less like a dental appointment and more like a sales pitch. This office operates with a troubling lack of transparency and a heavy emphasis on monetization. I left feeling deceived, pressured, and angry - emotions no patient should feel after a basic cleaning.

My experience with this practice is that I was completely taken advantage of by not being a dental expert. I went in for a routine cleaning as covered under my limited insurance, and instead I left with a bill for a much more intensive "oral debridment". I was told my insurance was in network, and turns out it is not. I had an oral exam, plaque was removed, and my teeth were cleaned. Nothing out of the ordinary of any other dentist visit I've had in my life occurred during my appointment. Yet I'm being billed for an intensive cleaning. They also told me every crown I had was bad, every filling needed to come out, and I needed to see an oral surgeon. All in my very first visit. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Dr. Elsadig and her colleagues I saw (Nicole and Annie) are a wonderful team at SmilesCrafters. As someone who has a lot of dental anxiety and hadn’t seen a dentist in a long time, her team made me feel very seen and cared for. They are all very good at what they do and will help you get the dental care you need while being patient, informative, understanding, and supportive. I appreciated every minute of my appointment there and feel comfortable and enthusiastic about prioritizing my dental health with them and following through with my treatment plan! If you are looking for an office full of people who truly care about your wellness, I 10/10 recommend Dr. Elsadig and her team!

Probably the friendliest dentist office I've ever been in, they were all so cordial and welcoming from the moment I stepped in! All of the staff members that directly assisted in my appointment were also extremely knowledgeable, and clearly communicated an action plan to bring my smile back into its prime. I left with no anxiety about my next visit, and am confident that they'll make the process as comfortable as humanly possible. Convenient, Clean, and Caring!
I am so thankful DentaCrafters was able to see me. I have a wisdom tooth causing a bit of trouble and needed a dental exam / cleaning as well. There was no wait time at all, and the reception was warm and friendly.
I was first seen by Brian who took my xrays and records and then by Dr. Nada Elsadig. Both have phenomenal bedside manner and listened to my concerns. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - we had tunes on the radio AND tv, complimentary water, AND (thank heavens) Vaseline for the inevitable chapped lips! It really doesn’t get any better than that folks.
Dr. Elsadig then came in and demonstrated her expertise, made sure I understood my key issues and gave options for solutions. Giselle then walked me through payment options for my treatment plan.
If I had any anxiety at all visiting the dentist, they made sure I left it at the door.
I’m already booked for my next appointment!

Dr Elsadig is a nice, caring and professional dentist. Her dental assistant is equally good.
Dr. Elsadig explained all my dental treatment needs. She also suggested additional cosmetic treatments. She referred me to an endodentist for my broken tooth which was the reason of my visit and suggested I come back for the other dental treatments she suggested.
The dental practice account manager then kindly explained to me the quote I requested regarding the costs of the suggested dental treatments. I signed the quote and asked for a copy but the copy I received differed from the quote I was initially presented.
I was asked to pay for the consultation. I asked for the bill but there was an issue with the system so they asked me to pay (which I did) and they mentioned I would receive the bill by email. The next business day, I called to remind them to send me the bill, they said they would send it but I still haven’t received it. I emailed them but still no answer 5 days later!

Dr. Nada Elsadig, Brian, Marana, Ana and all of her team members at Dentacrafters were very professional, kind, and patient with me. They really offer a great service, from the moment you book an appointment. They gave me clear step-by-step information about everything I need and offered me different options to pay for the treatments. It really helped me to organize my budget and start my dental treatment with them. I feel confident enough to say that using Dentacrafters as my dental caregiver was the best option!
