I was literally waiting waiting there was nobody on the other side besides if there was why didn't they answer and besides two are you actually interested in seeing me given the fact I need help with getting dentures I thought that disappointment was for that please if it is acceptable with the main kid that I receive can we please reschedule it as soon as possible please

The staff and assistant were great, but the dentist himself did a bad job replacing my filler. My sensitivity is the same if not worse and now my tooth has a hole I’ll have to get fixed somewhere else.

When I first went for a filling replacement, the wait was short and the staff was friendly. Dr Trikha works at 4 different sites so he doesn't do much idle chit-chat. The procedure was done fairly fast BUT I had to come back a couple days later due to the initial filling coming out when I flossed the next day. He fixed it as soon as he saw me again. Now I have a new filling that can handle brushing and flossing regularly! All in all, a good experience.

The office booked my appointment for 9:30 AM but apparently they didn’t 10 AM. I waited until 10 AM and no one showed up. I waited a long time after and still no one showed up. There is no office staff no dentist no one nearby. There were other patients there that also made appointments and also were not being seen. I tried calling and leaving a message, but the phone just kept ringing.
This is after multiple confirmation texts from them and reminders about their cancellation policy and how it would influence their office. Ridiculous. Wasted over two hours of my time

I made an appointment on Zocdoc early in the morning as I was in pain due to a cavity. The appointment was for 10:10 am and no one showed up, hence I didn't see the doctor. The office was closed, in fact there was a bother patient who had an appointment at 930 and she waited as well in the hopes someone reopened the office but no one came.

I wish I spoke up more during the appt. That's my fault, but I have never had such a quick checkup. The dentist looked briefly at my teeth and said everything looked good and that was it. I was shocked and said that my last doctor was watching a couple of teeth, and he just said it all looked good. He really didn't even review my teeth or xrays at all. I'm going to followup with the practice, but I just would never recommend a visit that is less than 5 mins.

This was my first visit, I arrived 15 minutes late due to GPS direction but staff were very friendly and understanding, I was quickly registered and was seen by MD/Dentist. I did not have to reschedule. They (staff) made everything easy for me.
