I came in stating I’d like the annual women’s wellness exam with things like a Pap smear. They stated, almost 4 times they would not do a Pap smear because it hasn’t been 3 years since my last one, which I understood the first time. I kept asking for the other things needed for an annual exam like a breast exam to check for lumps, they refused and said they could not do a breast exam, almost 3 times, and that I should schedule an ultra sound at another location. They took notes regarding our discussion on a paper towel, I’m not sure why they did not have a chart to take down all info. The staff tries to be nice but I wasted 90 minutes of my time just to have no women’s wellness exam, be talked over and unheard.

I would not recommend this place. My appointment was for 12:45pm. When I arrived they asked is I can come back after 2/ 2:30pm. The reason was because they had two people before me and the doctors take their lunches at 1pm. I asked why would you schedule an appointment for 12:45pm if you know the lunch hour is in 15mins. I opted to wait but clearly I wasn't the only one they did this to. I left and asked them to call me when they were ready. At 2pm they called for me to head back. What a waste of my time. 20 mins to get there and 20 mins back home. Plus I waited there for a bit. By the time they called back I did not want to travel another 20 mins there and back again. If they can't manage their everyday workflow edicate, why should I trust them with blood work or other potentially worst health situations that may be overlooked because they were concerned about their lunch breaks. This is unprofessional.

The appointment was changed without checking with me first. I arrived on time at the new time and still had to wait for 30 minutes or before I saw the provider. Provider was not able to refill medication or provide any help with my issues. So it is was really just a waste of everyone’s time.

The most-judgement free doctor I have ever been to, coming from someone so scared to make an appointment. We need more doctors like this who can explain without making you feel dumb, and welcome you in an uncomfortable situation.

It was not shown that this pediatrician worked out of Urgent care. There was people sick with who knows what so I decided to take my toddler to wait outside in the heat. Waited about an hour to be seen. The nurse was amazing and completely understanding. But she warned me prior to Dr.Yousef coming into the room that he’s not the greatest of hearing,and he’s very just straight forward. When he did come into the room. He was very just,get in get out type of attitude. He wasn’t very kid friendly at all. Probably won’t be taking my daughter back here.

Took way too long to be seen just to be told they didn’t offer the service I booked for and to refer me elsewhere. Waste of gas and time! Don’t book here for a diagnosis, go elsewhere..not sure why the appt was accepted in the first place if it’s not offered.

My PA, Dr. Trinh, was phenomenal. So sweet, attentive, and patient as I had a few follow-up questions in my Notes app. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, individualized the experience, explained her diagnosis, and all in all I would absolutely recommend her.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my special needs. The provider did an amazing job of asking e all the right questions in order to get t the bottom of my issue and also put in referrals for me to other specialists for my other issues. The provider had great bedside manners, very attentive and patient. I definitely recommend this place specially to anyone with a disability that has a hard time going to other clinics is there parking is right in front and always plenty of parking.

Nice office and staff. Provider was receptive and helpful. However, I did not appreciate that I waited nearly an hour after I checked in despite having an appointment time. I would have appreciated knowing right when I checked in if there was going to be a wait instead of not meeting my expectations.
