Extremely disappointed with this office. I submitted my insurance information well in advance of my appointment. No one ever called to tell me there was any issue with my insurance — yet they later claimed they “couldn’t reach me,” which makes no sense because they called me just the day before to confirm my appointment. On top of that, the office was running late for every single patient that day. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and I wasn’t the only one — other patients in the waiting room had been sitting there for over an hour as well. After all that waiting, they finally told me my insurance wasn’t covered and I couldn’t be seen. If they had verified my insurance beforehand (as they should have), or actually called me about the issue, I wouldn’t have wasted an entire morning. Chronic overbooking, poor communication, and zero respect for patients’ time.

No parking... After going back and forth around the parking lot, I ended up parking outside of complex and walk. There was a long line when I arrived, and they didn't handle it very well... Two assistants checking in through one small window. There was a long wait, waiting room was small and unpleasant, and no bathroom on the whole floor. However, staff was friendly and Dr. Lo was fine, though what c remains to be seen is how he is on procedure day.

There were too many patients in a limited waiting room space. Some of elderlies wear masks and coughed often. Examination room was quite nice and roomy.

I was in for my first ever colonoscopy. I was Drs 14 of the day. Intake was very good with staff and nurses at the Outpatient Clinic. Dr Los was very professional and good with the surgical staff. Procedure was sometimes uncomfortable but then I’d pass air and it was fine. He removed one polip but more cleanup under anesthesia in 6 months is necessary. A great professional experience. It is definitely one to look at if you need a gastrointestinal doctor. Easy to make an appointment, but the wait room is a bit cramped and takes awhile to get in and see the doctor. But after the initial process, everything only gets better. Staff seems patient and knowledgeable. Doctor is enthusiastic and will actually talk to you as a person not just a subject of interest. I would definitely go back.
