The visit was short and sweet. She told me exactly what I needed, how much money my insurance covered, and when to come in next. She was seeing multiple at once and treated everyone with equal respect, really a great place. All of her employees were also very kind and helpful.

I would highly recommend! Everyone was incredibly friendly from the man outside doing marketing to the receptionist and doctor. The doctor was prompt and efficient and very clearly explained to me the condition of my eyes and the best path forward. She also answered all the questions I asked clearly.

Doctor and Assistant were great. Not a great staff on arrival. He wouldnt pay attention to me sitting right in front of him. He kept talking to people behind me so much I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or not. very aggravating and rude

The office is clean and the staff is friendly. The doctor made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I think some of the staff were new. I mentioned I had an appointment when I first walked in but then I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone noticed and asked me if I had been helped. They apologized, but I was still a little annoyed.

The doctor was good, a bit quick but was able to diagnose my eye problem. However, she recommended eyedrops and when she sent to the front office to see about a prescription the staff told me they could not provide me with a prescription because they had to submit it to their own pharmacy for approval. He continue to state that this is how they do it and that if he would give me the prescription to submit to my own pharmacy the cost would be $500. I thought that this was very unprofessional and a deceitful way to make sure they get get reimbursed by using their own pharmacy which I never heard of. Will definitely not be going there again.

It looks like a small boutique in Little Dominican Town, up the block where McDonald’s is at. Office space is small but modern, clean, and beautiful paintings. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would recommend it!

Overall my experience was nice. The staff was friendly and informative. My only critique is that it took a while to be seen despite having made an appointment. That being said, I understand that other clients are not always on time and things happen— not a huge deal in the end. Besides, when I was finally examined, the doctor was kind, quick, and informative. I will definitely be returning to SocialEyes.

Dr. Baruch was great. She and her staff were highly professional, thorough and very helpful. Awesome collection of frames, both designer and regular. I was treated with respect and compassion by everyone, and will be returning whenever I need new eyeglasses and prescriptions. Thank you!
