Sofia Vaksman
I am a Bilingual (English and Russian) psychotherapist and work with adults and couples providing both short-term and long term-psychotherapy. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients.
I am providing virtual/video counseling at this time to my clients with HIPPA based platform.
Using interventions for individuals and couples such as CBT, Client-Centered approach, solution focused therapy, Gottman method and others, I empower my clients to learn how to use coping, communication, emotional awareness, mindfulness, and stress reduction skills to take home and start using right away.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I practice various holistic techniques including mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, and art therapy.

Please be aware that I accept Medicare only, otherwise my fees are: Individual session (60 min)-$100, couples therapy (90 min) $-150. Please schedule your appointment 24 hrs in advance.
