Horrible experience with SoHo Dental, will never recommend to any friends, colleagues and family. I will make sure my benefits team knows NOT to include this dental office in our health & dental plan. They falsely advertised they accept my insurance BUT then wait until you’re physically there in person to then CHANGE to “No they don’t take your insurance and ask you to pay out of pocket”! They had all my insurance information ahead of time. They could’ve done due diligence and let me know to cancel. Had to take time off just to be lied to. Ridiculous. Unethical practice.

I was seen by one of the other doctors at the practice after needing to be seen for an emergency visit. The office manager emailed me the morning of my appointment to find out what the issue was and to confirm the appointment. Everyone was very nice and made the experience wonderful

Soho dental group is really good. The only thing was that I booked Dr.Dorfman under my insurance and was seen by someone else. However, the front desk sorted out the issue so that my insurance still takes it.

Lovely office and Dr. Islam was wonderful. Only complaint is the assistant went wild with the suction tube - bruised the bottom of my mouth and kept sucking up my lips and tongue.

I didn’t actually see Dr. Dorfman, which the front desk failed to tell me about. But the other dentist I saw was fabulous. She got me in right away, explained my xrays and bone loss. My previous dentist (in California) would always try to do a procedure (fillers etc) to try and make more money probably, but the dentist here did not try to sell me anything. She also recommended me to a periodontics.

Everything was great. Staff were all really friendly and efficient and the examination and cleaning were very thorough. The follow up appointment to do fillings was also great, and they were very communicative about insurance coverage and copay amounts. Have recommended this office to all my coworkers.

I've been going to Alla Dorfman's office for dental care for over 2 years, always a good experience. Friendly staff and they are great about reminders, prompt to reply by phone or email.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr.Dorfman's dental office. The staff were very friendly and you can tell that they have great comradery with one another. I didn't have to sign any paperwork since I already had. I was seen within 10-15 minutes. The dental hygienist gave me the most amazing, painless cleaning I've ever experienced. The cleaning lasted an hour where at other dental clinics, cleaning tends to be rushed and painful. I'm always left with an aching mouth. I wanted to cry tears of joy because I've finally found a dental clinic that is able to meet my expectations. And you can tell that the staff really care about the health of your teeth. Dr. Dorfman was honest about procedures and offered recommendations. I didn't feel pressured to do anything else other than what I came in for. After the visit, I walked away with a nice kit of toothpaste, tooth brush, floss and mouthwash. Recommending this place to ALL my friends and family!!!!

She is really nice and professional. I have seen some other dentists and have been looking for the most suitable treatment plan, but most of them just tend to rush and sell. Doctor Dorfman made me feel warm because I feel she is actually thinking for her patients instead of selling. The other staff are also nice. Except for the dental treatment I also decided to do Invisalign. And this is the place I found most affordable so far (I mean compared to other dental offices, not those online companies). Overall, great experience. My friend recommended me here and I will recommend my friends with needs too.

Dr. Alla Dorfman was very nice. Gave me some solid advice on how to continue to keep my teeth clean and the visit was quick and easy. The dental hygienist was slightly heavy handed during the cleaning.
