Solasta Inclusive Therapy

Let's be honest, vulnerability is uncomfortable and sometimes downright painful. It takes skill to navigate these emotions safely. At Solasta Inclusive Therapy, we believe you can become safe enough to be vulnerable to do just that. Melony uses elements of talk therapy, CBT, somatic therapy and emotional focused therapy along with some occasional art techniques in efforts to meet your needs.
