Doctor Kaplan is my primary doctor i think for 3 years now. I love how she listen to you heartily and how she explained things to you clearly. The staff are very friendly as well. If i stop seeing her, the reason would be because i move out of state. God bless

Initially I thought I found a great office, everyone was friendly enough. But after my 3rd visit, my opinion has definitely changed. Communication is seriously AWFUL and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. The receptionist is rude and rushes you off the phone. I totally understand things being busy, I don’t mind waiting, but even if you call and leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. When I have been able to get ahold of someone after me continually following up (regarding test results no one ever called me about) they act like they have no idea who you are, what you had done, etc.
It’s a shame because I did like Dr. Cepin but I can’t deal with the extremely!!! poor communication.

She was lovely and her staff was super friendly and wonderful. She was able to do blood tests right there, she saw me almost immediately and was able to address a lot of my list of concerns right there in the first visit. Highly recommend.

My visit with Dr. Kayra Altagracia Cepin Plasencio was great. She understood everything that we told her and did her best to solve any of our problems. Everyone made us feel right at home. We left feeling great. Overall my visit was a 10/10. Also the office is so beautiful!

Dr Cepin was friendly thorough and honest. I loved her approach and she really was patient and took time to explain everything to me. I really feel she went the extra step. I’m making an appointment for my husband and I’m glad to have met her. She can be my forever doctor. Also note that the office is beautiful. Brand new remodel. Nice nespresso coffee maker !! A plus for sure!
