Care is collaborative and evidence-informed, with attention to factors such as sleep, stress, lifestyle, medical conditions, and hormonal changes when clinically relevant. Treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy-informed interventions, and coordination with other members of your healthcare team. For appropriate patients, advanced treatments such as TMS and Spravato® (esketamine) can also be coordinated through our affiliation with SoCal TMS.
