Life has a way of presenting challenges that we do not always expect. Such challenges can lead to feelings of anxiety, sadness, and other unpleasant emotions. My goal is to provide you with a warm, empathetic, collaborative, non-judgmental environment that will allow you to feel safe and heard as we navigate life’s challenges; explore practical coping skills; and discover hidden strengths you did not know you had! I utilize a holistic approach that encompasses your bio/psycho/social existence. I also utilize a multicultural lens for a more relatable experience. My approach is predominantly strength based with cognitive behavioral therapy. However, modalities; interventions; and sessions; differ as they are tailored to your specific needs and goals. I applaud you for being brave enough to decide that it is time to work towards self-betterment. I hope that you will leave our sessions feeling empowered and hopeful that you have what it takes to make the changes you seek.
