Chandler was an attentive listener and offered options and feedback appropriately. I asked him to look into information that I sent him regarding a Medicare program that was being offered. Chandler is truly a one of a kind physician. Exceptionally compassionate and caring and really listens to everything you have to say. He allows you to have a real voice in your care and explains all of your options to you so that you can decide what you feel best doing. I also really appreciate how easy he is to get in touch with if you have any kind of concern. I have had a long year of symptoms and feeling like I’ve had to really advocate for myself hard when it comes to physicians, but Chandler immediately validated me in everything I was feeling and experiencing. If you are looking for a doctor that is willing to listen and truly help then you need to book with Dr. Collins. I have seen many doctors over the years and he is one of the few that took the time to listen to the entire picture and not just one part of the puzzle. He did not disregard my input and truly seems to care not only about the current problem but my overall well being. Super fast in communication on things that have come up and that is unheard of in my experience with doctors. I truly cannot recommend him enough and am so grateful to have found him as a primary care.
