Soma Integrated Psychiatric
At Soma Integrated Psychiatric, we care for people who have been living with pain, illness, or a mind that won't rest, and who are still waiting to feel better. If you have tried the treatments, followed the guidance, and still sense something is being missed, you are who we are here for.
Liana Flores is a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP), dual-certified in psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-C) and family practice (FNP-C), with additional certification in pain management (PMGT-BC). She offers psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for adults. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and ADHD, along with chronic pain, chronic illness, and the challenges of aging.
Care is available in person in Tempe and by telehealth across Arizona. Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation, so we can understand both the physical and the emotional and build a plan together. We build trust before anything else, and we believe lasting relief becomes possible when the whole person is treated as one.
Hope is not naive here. It is the foundation of everything we do.
