Beautiful office, super sweet staff. My appointment was at 9:20 and I wasn’t seen until 10-10:15. I was transparent about my dislike for birth control pills/IUD and she pushed it anyway which I did not appreciate, especially for being my first time there.

I can’t recommend this provider. The doctor herself was very kind and attentive. However, the waiting room was packed and not at all safe per the social distance and pandemic guidelines.
1 month later, I still didn’t have my pap-smear results. When I called the office, I was told my results were in but the doctor hadn’t read them yet. When I asked when the doctor would be able to read them- I couldn’t get any answer because the doctor was apparently out that day and no estimate of when she’s have an opportunity could review my results could be provided. When I told the receptionist how disappointed I was with the patient services, she said “okay.” That’s it. No empathy, no sense of urgency, no sense that my results or care was important to this office.

Very rarely do I have complaints about MD offices. No complaints whatsoever. Everyone was kind and friendly.
Doctor was approachable. Answered all my questions and even brought things up that I didn’t think about.
Highly recommended.
Easy to schedule appointments and I was in and out.
