Dr. Ravaei was pleasant enough but my appointment was a super frustrating experience. Both his website and his Zocdoc page say that he is in-network with my insurance. However, that was not the case and I only found out when they told me insurance wouldn't cover an x-ray. I asked to make sure they took my insurance and they told me I can submit to my insurance company for reimbursement because they are out-of-network. The front desk staff even made a copy of my insurance card when I checked in, so it's strange that they didn't mention it then. Really felt like a bait and switch and was a huge waste of my time.

The office had no record of my appointment through zocdoc and did not accept my insurance. I paid $150 for a 3 minute consultation in which I was prescribed over the counter medication. The doctor touched my area of concern for less than 30 seconds, asked no questions, and gave a memorized speech that I could barely hear. I am in shock.

? I was led to believe that they excepted my insurance, when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t. Then presented with fees. Not cool to do to someone who is in horrible pain.

I was diagnosed on the first appointment and was scheduled for the initial treatment a few days later. The treatment was successful as there was noticeable improvement the following day. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Noormand is attentive, understanding, and his skill and professionalism is appreciated. Thank you.
