Great experience ! Very friendly staff and was able to have my ingrown toenail permanently removed that day. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks and do toe on the other foot, it was so quick and painless !

Dr. Ravaei was pleasant enough but my appointment was a super frustrating experience. Both his website and his Zocdoc page say that he is in-network with my insurance. However, that was not the case and I only found out when they told me insurance wouldn't cover an x-ray. I asked to make sure they took my insurance and they told me I can submit to my insurance company for reimbursement because they are out-of-network. The front desk staff even made a copy of my insurance card when I checked in, so it's strange that they didn't mention it then. Really felt like a bait and switch and was a huge waste of my time.

The doctor was attentive and diagnosed my problem, but since he didn’t take Medicare patients he couldn’t do anything to rectify the issue. Before going there I should have been told he didn’t take Medicare patients.
