Dr. Mian was exceptional. He took his time to understand the issue and cleared all querries I had. Its very easy for docs to send patients to ER at the slightest of doubt. Its very easy to impose panic on the patient by being defensing and telling them to err on the over cautious side. He has a perfectly balanced approach to treating me and I am glad I met him.

Dr. was very nice and took all the time needed to evaluate and explain; however, he was almost 30 min late for my apt; and as a new patient, I was a little annoyed. Also the door to all exam rooms were left open except when the doctor was in the room. I don't know if it is totally private and confidential that way.

Dr. Mian was understanding and knowledgable. Made my appointment on zocdoc, i was happy to see he was available within a few days . Many other places i called didn't have availability for a month or two out and when you have issues or concerns you do not want to wait that long for a consult.

Dr Mian is very knowledgable and was able to get to the root of my issue right away. He let me know what the plan of treatment was and what the options where should the medicine not work. I felt very confident with his knowledge and he was very personable. He listened to my whole story.

I travelled for 40 minutes and skipped lunch so I could honor my appointment with this doctor. I walk into this sketchy little house on Main Street to meet receptionists who seem dismissive and cold. I wait for more than an hour. At around the 40 minute mark, I went to ask the receptionists where the doctor is. I hear one receptionist say to the other, "I moved her to the last one because there were too many appointments at that time." I said, "What?" And then she said, "I was talking to her." Right. The receptionists were rude and I'm pretty sure messed up or moved my appointment time without even telling me or trying to explain to me what happened. No apologies, NOTHING. They lead me to a room right after that, as if being in an empty room is better than being in a waiting room. I wait and wait and WAIT AND WAIT. I literally burst into tears because I am so upset. And I see my doctor go into the room ACROSS from me, to see another patient before me. I am appalled and outraged at this kind of medical care. I trusted Dr. Mian and his practice, I trusted Zocdoc to provide me with reliable care as he had great reviews, and I was rewarded with nothing but 3 hours of wasted time and my significant other's wasted time as well. If you have too many patients or too little time, THEN DON'T BOOK THOSE APPOINTMENTS WITH PATIENTS. Never. Again. Do not see this doctor unless you've got a day to waste. I didn't want to waste the doctor's time because I've got some respect in my body for health care providers. But obviously that was all for nothing. I got my sick body out of bed in the hopes that I might be able to find some answers or seek some relief. So disappointed.

It was an excellent experience. I feel like I know Dr. Nimer Mian now. I visited him twice after finding him on ZocDoc and he listened to all of my concerns, helped me to find the right medicine, and asked multiple times if I had any other questions which I really appreciated. The wait time is a little long but I imagine it's because he takes as much time as needed with each patient.
He was very calm and collected and listened to all my symptoms. He does what I like in a doctor and rules out the really bad things first. Highly recommended for his professionalism.
