She was extremely nice, but her word of advice wasn’t super good. It honestly felt like I was just talking to myself majority of the session. A lot of awkward pauses and I didn’t honestly receive much from that session. She’s extremely nice though once again! But, I wouldn’t recommend for people who have BPD. ?

Date: 10 am, Saturday, 9/14/2024. Today, I had my first appointment with my therapist, and I feel it went really well. She asked me a variety of questions and took the time to listen to my responses, which made me feel heard and understood. I appreciated her approach and felt very comfortable throughout the session. She also shared a bit about herself, which helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I left feeling positive about our first meeting and am looking forward to continuing therapy.
