Customer service didn't respond to my inquiry regarding delayed billing. My visits were in March, billing occurred in July, months after benefits were expired. No apologies, no explanations, just a standard \"you have a copay\" email. I'm disappointed that a mental health platform has subpar customer service. \n\nMy therapist is AMAZING and I wish I could visit with her on a different platform. I would recommend HER a million times.

My therapist is caring, kind, and allows me to just be me, for good or bad. She also has given me great tools to begin to learn to help my anxiety. (And she’s very personable, which really helps when talking about things you normally wouldn’t talk about)
