the psychologist don't know zocdoc. when i take the appointment with her for zocdoc, i give all my insurance info. then she charge the payment for cancellation, because she dont know zocdoc and never received the insurance info.
Dr. Diane was very easy to open up to as I was quite uneasy about talking to someone. It was easy to find someone who suited what I was looking for or hoping for in a therapist.
