She is extremely nice and pleasant. Understanding, easy to talk to, and flexible availability. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Melissa and schedule next appointment for two days later. Same day appointments and sooner rather than later appointments is very important to me as well as virtual appointments and Dr. Melissa has to provides both. She also provides counseling/therapy on top of medication management.

This provider didn’t honor the appointment booked on ZocDoc. Do not recommend booking. When I expressed my frustrating with their lack of attention to correcting the error on their part, the provider said she didn’t think we were a “therapeutic match” and that I should seek care elsewhere. Thankfully I was able to do that and got an appointment with an extremely caring, competent, professional.
