She is extremely nice and pleasant. Understanding, easy to talk to, and flexible availability. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Melissa and schedule next appointment for two days later. Same day appointments and sooner rather than later appointments is very important to me as well as virtual appointments and Dr. Melissa has to provides both. She also provides counseling/therapy on top of medication management.
