Mary is kind and easy to talk to, but its mostly just been conversation. Which perhaps all this is intended to be- but she hasn't offered much in the way of solutions like things to work on before our next session- or coping mechanisms. Just chatting about the week- which has its value, but I was hoping to feel like I was more actively healing from my trauma.

I really appreciate the flexibility as well as the added amenities to overcome your struggles. Having all the information in one app feels almost like a Home Depot. You have Journaling, breathing exercise, motivating words, therapy, etc. Having the ability to give an input or request of therapist and provide you with numerous options is fantastic. I'm grateful that I decided to pursue this route, it has been empowering.
