Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a trauma-focused therapist supporting kids, teens, and adults who are healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and the long-term effects of overwhelming experiences. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship. In our work together, I hope to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, deepen your sense of safety, and grow at your own pace. My offices in both Oak Park, IL & Oak Brook, IL offer calm, supportive environments to help you on your healing journey. I work with kids ages 7 and up, teens, and adults of all ages. I specialize in treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, binge eating, and chronic illness and primarily use EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work in sessions. https://www.songbirdcounseling.net/
