Sonja Seglin

I specialize in helping moms find calm amid chaos. I have training in supporting parents through the entire fertility journey, especially in dealing with post partum depression or anxiety. My approach is generally active, meaning that I will provide information and suggest relevant exercises to do between sessions. I believe therapy is an incredibly helpful tool, and I love being able to give my clients a place to be themselves with absolutely no judgment or shame. I look forward to meeting you!
