I provided virtual therapy. I am experienced in working with adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationships concerns. I provide an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
