I’m going to continue going to this doctor and I highly recommend Dr Dahar and his staff to anyone looking for a mental health doctor! His office is easy to get to, just a few minutes off of interstate 75 with plenty of free parking. I was sitting in his office talking with him in less than 48 hours of scheduling on Zocdoc! Dr Dahar’s office sent me a text and called me within minutes of scheduling to confirm my appointment, insurance and personal info. A day and a half later I went to my appointment. Overall, one of the best doctor experiences I’ve ever had. My entire office visit was about an hour (including paperwork, check vitals, explain history/symptoms, information from doc). My prescribed meds were sent to my pharmacy immediately and electronically. Dr Dahar was very thorough and comprehensive, even explaining next steps if needed. Thankful to have found this doctor! I also don’t believe I would have found this psychiatrist without the Zocdoc app!

Dr Irfan and his staff made the whole process very quick and easy. As soon as I made an appointment, they called about scheduling and confirmation and I was able to get in very quickly. He listened to me, explained everything to me clearly, and you can tell he really cares and wants to figure out how to help.

My expectations were exceeded today with my first visit with
Dr. Dahar! I was so anxious and uncertain how to explain my reason for the visit. I didn't need to be. I was impressed and astonished that Dr. Dahar communicated my problem in a way I could understand and developed a wonderfully promising plan. Dr. Dahar did it with such professionalism and compassion! I am sittting here tonight so very grateful knowing I have the help I desperately needed. Thank you Dr. and the entire staff, who were so welcoming and kind. It felt like a warm hug after all the anxiety I had been having.

I wouldn't recommend.. was in severe distress. Was told id be taken care of. Would be called back by Shane and to call pharmacy. Nothing was done. Just milking my insurance. In this field, when someone is going thru grief and severe anxiety and is just out of the psych ward, why lie to them? Be truthful. Id hv appreciated that so much more than given false hope.

I scheduled the Appointment with Katherine Miller based on her experience with PTSD, TBI, I was told an hour after my appointment she isn't taking new clients. So I ended up with a Medical doctor that was wasn't really pleasant. He would ask questions then constantly interrupt me. Took my blood pressure when it came back high, I tried explaining the stress of me thinking about revisiting my experiences and the hour long wait past my appointment time, and the rude Doctor, yeah raised my blood pressure and anxiety level. Told me I'm not in the military anymore I don't need to worry about that anymore, I did that for 24 years multiple combat tours you don't just turn that off, especially since I still work for the military.
