Lourdes is very knowledgeable. Her clinical approach to therapy, as well as the faith-centered aspect of her care, are two of the highlights of my time with her. A research-based approach to CBT is a rare jewel to find and Lourdes provides that during our sessions. I have felt safe and heard during our time together. She makes sure that progress is being made while also allowing for the process of therapy to take its course.

Mrs. Berlanga is an incredible therapist who shows great care for her clients. I have been very encouraged by her methods as she treats holistically. It has been wonderful to have someone who is not only gracious, flexible and kind, but who truly doesn’t judge and helps me to deal with the past, while also helping me to see me how God sees me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
