Soulfloria Psychiatry
Soulfloria Psychiatry is a relational private practice founded by Jill Chaudhuri, PMHNP-BC, a UCSF-trained, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. The practice offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, nervous system support, and lifestyle interventions. Non-medication options available. Telehealth throughout California and in-person in San Francisco.
Soulfloria specializes in supporting navigating navigating complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, insomnia, grief and loss, relationship patterns, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Care is collaborative, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in understanding each person’s symptoms within the fuller context of their experiences, relationships, nervous system, and life circumstances.
Appointments are intentionally longer—90 minutes for initial evaluations and 45 minutes for follow-ups—allowing time for curiosity, nuance, and genuine connection. Medication may be one part of treatment, but it is never treated as the whole story. At Soulfloria, healing begins with being deeply understood.
