Straight forward and direct. Gave me the information I needed to take control of my life regarding my past trauma and mindset issues. There’s hope. We as individuals are the directors and controllers of our lives and no matter what happens in life, the trauma we experience and endure will continue to continue us if we don’t face that root cause of why we are facing struggles and challenges that opens up suffering.
