Doctor was on vacation and had no knowledge of appointment

I highly recommend Kimberly Gilbert to everyone, she has been my therapist in the past and I truly have missed her…I am soo blessed to be reconnecting with her again, I feel as though we picked up from where we left off without missing a beat. Talking with her is comforting to me, I feel like I can tell her anything and not worry about being judged. Her compassion and understanding for others is indescribable…don’t be surprised if you feel as though your talking to a trusted friend or a close family member because that’s how she effects me with every conversation. She’s like an angel to me, sent from God above and I thank her with every beat of my heart. Thank you Kimberly for being there for me… XOXO

I never received the proper instructions prior to my appointment. When I called to alert the doctor that I couldn’t get in, she mentioned that she was still with another patient (10 minutes into my appointment time) and that if she would call me back if she didn’t see me on her screen. She never called back, nor did she call to follow up with me to make sure I was logged in. Not the greatest first impression. I’ll look for another provider.
