Friendly, professional, and kind.
Had all the most modern equipment in the office as well.
He is an expert refractor for eyeglasses. My last pair, 3 years ago were a big improvement in my vision, so I didn't hesitate about returning to his care for an update.

I went in for an eye appointment, the staff was extremely pushy and had me trying on and picking our frames before knowing if I even needed glasses. I have never been so pressured into a purchase before and when I indicated I was uncomfortable with the total, they pushed harder. When I called to cancel the order they first claimed to not have the receipt and would call me back. Never hearing back I tried again that day and they refused to fully refund me despite no specified return policy. Horrible experience.
