Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was professional and the provider was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions. My only reservation was the wait time. It took a little over an hour before I was seen by the provider, which was longer than I expected for a 10:30 AM appointment. Other than that, I was satisfied with my visit and would return.

I went in for my annual checkup as a new patient. Dr. Villaverde was very personable and listened to & answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I also liked that they can do blood draws etc in-house.
