This office can only be described as a swap meet for glasses. It is absolutely chaotic. The office shares a space with an optical glasses store, and in the middle of the appointment, the doctor will have you walk over to view glasses to sell you frames. The doctor did not inform me of procedures that he was doing that would leave me with blurry vision for the rest of the day . I had no choice other than to drive myself back home, which was a major liability to the office, and the doctor was very non chalant, gave me a pair of UV glasses and told me to be on my way. This was a horrific experience, and I would not recommend this office to anyone. Steer clear

Service was terrible. The waiting room was chaos.. what funny it is my first time coming to this place. however, there was one of Customer Service. She has Kelly hair She was very friendly and she scheduled my appointment for 205. O’clock. imagine what now it’s 4 o’clock I’m still here.

Very friendly staff, there was a bit of a wait, but I could tell everyone was being helped in a timely manner. The doctors and techs I interacted with were all excellent as well. Busy office, but they seem to have a good system in place.
