I would NEVER make another appointment there they are over booked I never signed and I left and found me another Eye Dr my appointment was at 10:30 and ppl was still waiting from 8:30/9

Parking was a bit of an issue. I think that information should be provided when making the appointment. Overall great experience. Small wait time to be seen. Dr. Nicholas was a great. Answered all of my questions. Checking out went OK. I have new insurance so it took a few minutes, but I presume going forward that will not be a problem.

Service was terrible. The waiting room was chaos.. what funny it is my first time coming to this place. however, there was one of Customer Service. She has Kelly hair She was very friendly and she scheduled my appointment for 205. O’clock. imagine what now it’s 4 o’clock I’m still here.

Very friendly staff, there was a bit of a wait, but I could tell everyone was being helped in a timely manner. The doctors and techs I interacted with were all excellent as well. Busy office, but they seem to have a good system in place.
