I would rather ask my friend to take a nice blind walk on subway tracks than visit this doctor. I never met a doctor that felt so bothered by actually helping someone. I thought it kind of came in the job description.

Front desk was inconsiderate. My first appointment was moved from 5:00-5:30. Secretary called to inform me at 4:30 which I agreed. My second appointment was 3:30 and I was 20 minutes late because I was very dizzy and lightheaded due to my HPN medications but the secretary berated me without even giving me the time to explain. People in the frontdesk should be friendlier and considerate because they are the frontliners to customer/patient service.

Dr. Zinberg is a very compassionate doctor. He listens and answers all questions. I had a procedure and he explained every step of the process. At the conclusion he went over the findings and what to expect next.
