Our practice is located in Southampton Village at the corner of Hampton Road and County Road 39. SUMC is conveniently and centrally located in the Hamptons and are open 7 days a week.
We are a walk-in facility only and we do not take appointments.

My grandson was in discomfort from a trip, we did not realize it was an ear infection. Great cars, great insight and made us feel things will clear up right away. Comforting for all involved! Will be our go to place in the Hamptons.

My spot was at 8 am. I got there about 10 mins before. The door was open so I walked in. The front desk woman thought I was the nurse. I identified myself and reason for being there. She said we are not open. I said my appointment was at 8 and the doctor yelled well it is not 8 yet so I was told to go back to my car. The nurse who took my stitches out.,Alice was outstanding. Someone should teach that doctor some manners.

After a Covid exposure, I developed a sudden and severe sore throat. I went to the clinic to get a throat culture, to rule out strep. I wore a mask to the office. The nurse I saw immediately said, “You don’t need to wear a mask here.” I removed the mask so she could take the throat culture, then put it back on. At that point she scolded me: “We’re not doing that anymore. You need to take your mask off.”
Yes, it is 2023, but I had been staying with my mother, who had tested positive for Covid and was quite sick.
This nurse’s behavior was in keeping with the highly unprofessional way that the office operated: each room’s door was left open, so that we could all hear what the other patients were telling the doctor. No vitals were taken. I was asked for no other info. Just a bizarre and infuriating experience.

I would highly recommend the urgent care facility in Southampton. The front desk and support staff are warm, friendly and accommodating, I was seem immediately, diagnosed quickly and given my medications right there on the spot! They get a perfect 10!!
