Zocdoc failed on my appt on the tenth and the eleventh both days I drove 30 miles to find out my dermatologist appt was not dermatologist extremely mad . So stupid me tried a different dermatologist and the people or Zocdoc failed on this appt so now I’ve driven 120 miles plus for no reason. Not only that I’m getting text every 15 minutes asking about my appts which is annoying because I never got to have my appts. Thanks Zocdoc

This provider was excellent and very friendly! Her MA was also very professional and kind! I had a bad experience with the receptionist as she had a horrible attitude and took an hour to process my insurance because she refused to listen to me when I explained that I had a hyphenated last name. Besides her, the office was great.

I was seen for a full blown eczema flair. During the visit Herrera insisted that she do a biopsy of the affected area. While I understand psoriasis and Ezcema may present similarly but the fact this regular occurrence. Obvious to me without any medical training this is ezcema.
The ezcema was further exacerbated because I was under a lot of stress. I extremely transparent, I also expressed that I haven’t been sleeping I am constantly in a flare l was miserable, I couldn't stop itching, my skin was bleeding in areas and was beyond agitated. I was hoping after a week and a half of pure hell, to finally get some form of relief.
However, despite my condition and our discussion, no medication was prescribed to help manage or alleviate my symptoms. Although it was said that there would be, the Pharmacy has no record.
I am deeply disappointed by this oversight, as it has caused me continued discomfort and distress.
I had to go to the ER and got Covid and I am immune compromised!

The service here was exceptional! The check-in staff was very friendly and humorous ! They made this experience delightful and welcoming . The nurse was very informative and warming . I felt all my concerns were met with sincerity and compassion. Many times doctor visits are daunting tasks, but my experience here makes me feel good about returning. I highly recommend this office !

I really enjoyed my appointment. Very often dermatologists do not listen, she listened and made suggestions. It was like a conversation with a knowledgeable friend who didn’t talk down and who was extremely kind. She provided viable solutions and she understood that she needed to listen.
This is the 7th dermatologist I have seen in 2 years and the ONLY one that I will return to. As an Afro Hispanic with problematic skin it’s so difficult to get individuals without melanin to understand your struggles. I will recommend her to every single person. I know! She understands PCOS and that in itself was amazing!
