This was definitely one of the better experiences at a doctors office that I've had in a long time. everyone was very friendly, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure I was taken care of. the only downside was the wait. it was only an hour, which is totally worth it, in my opinion. all in all, it was a very pleasant experience

My appointment with Dr. Norris went great. She is very nice and listened to all my questions and concerns. I booked a follow up as I have been looking for a consistent physician and I liked her a lot. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen right away. I think I waited for 5 minutes at the most.

The older I get the more wary I am about going to the doctor. A lot of times I feel rushed, not taken seriously, judged. I did not feel that way here. I felt fully heard and cared for. It was nice that I was able to voice my concerns and feel like Amanda and Rachel, the PA student, wanted to get something done about it. We were able to talk through some stuff and figure out a treatment plan, and I was immediately given a plan of action and tools to move forward. Also, the lab technician that did my blood draw was an absolute rockstar. I didn’t feel a thing!! All in all, I cannot find words to properly convey how much I recommend this office. I would absolutely return and I would recommend my closest friends and family go, as well.
