Hi, I’m Odona Whiddon and I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, communication issues, relationship strain, and patterns that feel hard to break. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based methods, I help clients get clear on what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and behavior—and what can actually change. My approach is active and collaborative: we look at what’s working, what’s not, and why. I’m not here to just listen and nod—I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening and figure out what to do next, in a way that feels grounded and manageable.
