I have to say that Dr. Kaleemulah is the best Psychiatrist I have ever encountered. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, comforting, understanding, patient, beautiful inside and out, and has this tremendous bedside manner. I have never left a previous psychiatrist's office feeling very hopeful and optimistic, it was more like collect money, zero desire to hear about anything I had to share, and just medicate me. Dr. K’s office the very first time I met with her was jaw-dropping because I genuinely felt heard and cared for; it and for the first time ever, I felt a ton of weight lifted off my shoulders after just the first visit. I got to my car and just cried (happy tears) because of how liberated I felt. Might be a bit of an overshare but it's genuinely how I feel.

As someone struggling with anxiety, this provider was my worst nightmare. I came for help and was very open and honest with what has been going on. This provider was extremely insensitive the whole appointment and I pushed through trying to “trust the process and be honest”. When I was told she couldn’t help, I was held there and told over and over why she couldn’t help while I was in tears and repeatedly asked to leave. It felt like an effort to avoid liability rather than concern. Truly one of the worst mental healthcare experiences of my life.
