However, the staff at Southland Dental Care made me feel welcome safe and like an actual person. There was no judgement, just people that wanted to help. I arrived at my appointment and was told they didn't have access to their Zocdoc schedule to update it and cancel the afternoon appointments for their staff meeting. I drove all the way there in pain, expecting to be seen, and they couldn't see me, I needed to reschedule. If they know appointments can be scheduled via Zocdoc and they are having access issues, they should have called customer service for a resolution. But the real issue is when I got there, they pulled me up in the system showing my 3p appointment. So why not call me and let me know it's been canceled. There was no regard for my time. I do not recommend, and I will not go back.
