Southwest Ohio Ketamine, TMS, and IV Therapy

At our practice, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care in a safe and supportive environment. Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is committed to understanding each patient’s unique story, recognizing that mental health is deeply personal and often complex. We take the time to listen, build trust, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote healing, stability, and long-term wellness. Our PMHNP specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Services include comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care to ensure that treatment remains effective and aligned with each patient’s goals. In addition to traditional psychiatric care, our practice offers advanced interventional treatments for individuals with treatment-resistant conditions. These include Spravato (esketamine) therapy, IV ketamine infusions, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). These therapies are provided in a closely monitored clinical setting with a strong emphasis on safety, comfort, and evidence-based outcomes. Our PMHNP approaches care with empathy and respect, understanding that many patients come to us after struggling for years to find relief. Whether someone is navigating new symptoms or has not responded to prior treatments, we strive to provide hope through thoughtful, innovative care. We also believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists when appropriate to ensure continuity and comprehensive support. Our goal is not only symptom reduction, but meaningful improvement in quality of life—helping patients feel more like themselves again. Above all, we are here to support our patients every step of the way with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in mental health care.
