Sova Counseling is a trauma informed, dignity centered outpatient practice specializing in eating disorders and co occurring mental health concerns. We provide individualized therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults, as well as structured family support using Emotionally Focused Family Therapy. Our approach integrates evidence based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, attachment based frameworks, and trauma focused care to support sustainable recovery. We emphasize collaboration, flexibility across levels of care, and practical strategies that translate into meaningful change in daily life.
