Ms. Gauthier is a very present help in my situation. I'm at that age where I feel so unhealthy, menopsusal having difficulty losing more than a few pounds at a time, not eating a balaned, healthy diet and lack of excrcise. Ms. Gauthier explained that being overweight or obese in my case is not what makes me unhealthy. Everything starts in the gut. She's given me a plan on how to achieve not just weight loss, but a plan to reach an overall healthier me. I am so thankful for her guidance and am so encouraged to know that I can reach that goal if I do the work. It's not too late. Thankful for Ms. Gauthier.
