The office is decent enough. Though it seems the staff don’t have enough practice doing cleanings, the hygienists struggle with the suction placement and the doctor has to show them the process. Not sure if trust them with a more complicated procedure.

I went to Dr. Vainier for an emergency and she saw me immediately. She was wonderful. She went way out of her way to find a solution for my problem. She and her whole office staff are so friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who cares about patients.

Great experience for a first appt.! Very attentive, friendly, and welcoming staff. Very nice office and even when the dental assistant was having a little trouble with xrays another dr came to help and guide her. My dr was very informative and seemed genuine in caring for my teeth. Looking forward to my deep cleaning on the next appt.

Dr Vainer was great and the office was clean and welcoming. But the hygienist I had was very heavy-handed, insisted on using numbing gel and really went to town on my gums. They were still sore the next day. And she did not have a calm energy at all. Not exactly the personality for dental work since people are already coming in nervous. I think the office would have much more success if the hygienists were gentler and calmer.

Wonderful, personable doctor and sweet and helpful staff. I came in for an emergency and there was a hiccup with my insurance because of my employer - the staff and doctor did what needed to be done to make sure I was taken care of without doing anything unnecessary. I felt seen and my worries were acknowledged. Great experience all around - This dental office is a gem.
