Really well-run practice. Only downside is that their scheduling system is NOT integrated with Zocdoc's (as of July 17, 2019). This means that the slots listed as open in Zocdoc are not actually available in their system. They call and schedule you separately. Availability is actually much more restricted. But excellent facility. Efficient check-in. Nice amenities. Professional PT's.

Great! I was in a lot of pain when I first arrived at SPEAR and Michael gave me a very thorough evaluation and was excellent at communicating my injury to me. Each visit is very professional with full attention that's very thorough and educational. The staff is always aware of patients pain and their pain limits to either continue movements or find alternate positions that will still help recovery without irritating firther. I like that some equipment is provided by staff to take home and continue PT on my own time in the privacy of my home and travels.Massages are also an option to help alleviate pain and they work hand in hand with therapist. Both options have really helped speed up my recovery.

I was referred to Ms. Augustine last year when I needed physical therapy for my knees. I was extremely pleased with the result so after recently undergoing shoulder surgery I chose her for my post surgical therapy. I was very impressed with her thorough evaluation and detailed explanation of the therapy plan we would follow and was very encouraging.
