Founded by Miles L. Singer, DO, FACOS, FAOAO, in 2010, and joined by Stanley Lee, MD in 2012, Specialists in Spine Surgery are committed to providing patient-centered, conservative surgical care to the Tri-County community. The team of board-certified orthopedic spine surgeons treat adults and adolescents at four locations in Livonia, Garden City, Farmington Hills, and Dearborn, Michigan.
Dr. Singer and Dr. Lee utilize the latest and most advanced surgical products and techniques to treat a wide range of conditions that cause back and neck pain, including spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and disc herniation. Taking a conservative approach to treatment, they use minimally invasive surgical techniques whenever possible.
The Specialists in Spine Surgery team is committed to providing objective, transparent, evidence-based spinal medicine and surgery. As a patient-oriented practice, they take the time to provide every patient with information about their condition, as well as every nonsurgical and surgical treatment option available, empowering patients to make educated decisions about their treatment.

Dr. Lee is the most professional caring doctor/surgeon I’ve ever had in my entire life. He returns and answers all calls himself which no other surgeon does. He listens and addresses all concerns in a caring way. As a surgeon he’s very meticulous and exacting. I can’t say enough of how well he handled my spinal surgery which is very complex. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon/doctor.
