We specialize in the proper utilization of both conservative spine treatments and surgery for neck and low back pain, arm and leg pain, spine deformity issues, degenerative issues, herniated discs, tumors, and infections. Our initial focus will be on conservative treatment for the vast majority of spine related issues, and this would include trunk stabilization type physical therapy, various types of medications, activity modification, and therapeutic injections.

I recently underwent spinal surgery, and while I am still not the healing and recovery phase, I wanted to share my experience so far. From my initial consultation to the procedure, the doctor and hospital staff have been incredibly professional. They provided excellent care, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Although I cannot yet provide a full assessment of my results, I truly appreciate the expertise and compassion shown by everyone involved in my treatment.

I came to see Dr. Pitt due to a follow-up visit with my husband. As soon as Dr. Pitt saw me, he knew that something was terribly wrong, despite my having clear results with two x-rays and a Cat-scan. He immediately ordered an MRI and as soon as he saw the results, he suggested that I go to his facility in Dallas, Texas the next week. I had my surgery on March 4/25 and felt so much better after I had been treated by Dr. Pitt. I believe that it was a miracle that I got to see Dr. Pitt and the manner in which I was treated. I am getting better very quickly.

My visits with Dr. Pitt were always comfortable, in that Dr. Pitt, explained exactly what my medical problem was, after carefull questions, he asked me. Dr. Pitt answered all my questions, never did he make feel that he did not have time for my concerns. He and his staff are friendly and offered to assist me with any issues that did arise. They are a very professional group of people. I highly recommend them.
